New Books!!!

New books, new books! Tra la la la la!!! I love it when we get new books. Ms. Janet has been bringing out stacks and stacks of them! I took the liberty of looking over a few of them for you. Here are my favorites!

I love the "If You Give a..." books by Laura Numeroff. This is a new book she has written about two best friends named Otis and Sydney. Otis wants to plan the best birthday ever for Sydney. Will his surprise party be as wonderful as he hopes?

Moon Over Manifest

The Newbery Award is given out every year to a book that is considered the year's best for kids. Abilene Tucker is sent to Manifest, Kansas for the summer while her father works on the railroad. She's at first disappointed in the worn-down town but a cigar box full of trinkets sends her and her new friends on a spy hunt! As Abilene learns more about the mystery and the history of Manifest, she soon starts to feel a part of the little town.
